LL.B-5 Years Program Eligibility
Candidates seeking admission in LL.B program must fulfil three mandatory requirements set out by University of the Punjab.
1. Education Requirement:-
- Candidate must have passed Intermediate with at least 45% Marks.
- Candidate having intermediate equivalent degree/certification (national or international), such as A-Levels, Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) etc., are also eligible, conditional upon, providing equivalence certification issued by concerned Authority.
- Intermediate result awaiting students are also eligible (but not encouraged to apply) subject to acceptance of Provisional/ Conditional Admission terms/conditions.
- Candidates with supply/compartment in any subject of intermediate at the time of admission are not eligible to apply, however they will be eligible for next academic year after passing supply/compartment.
- Candidates having 3rd Division are not eligible to apply for admission in any circumstances.
- Candidates have Session Gap of more than five years will not be eligible.
- Candidates with higher degree fulfilling Age and LAT requirements are also eligible.
2. Age Requirement:-
- Candidate must not be more than 24 years old.
- Determination of age is based on closing date of University Registration as announced by University of the Punjab.
- On justification of exceptional/mitigating circumstances, with prior permission by Vice-Chancellor of University of the Punjab 2 years age relaxation for boys & 5 years for girls can be granted/ permitted.
3. Law Admission Test (LAT):-
- Candidate must pass the Higher Education Commission Pakistan (HEC), Law Admission Test (LAT) with minimum 50% marks.
- Passing of LAT prior to closing date of Registration is mandatory.
Acceptance or rejection of candidature of applicant based on above mentioned requirements is sole discretion of University of the Punjab.

STEP 1: Applications for Registration of interest/aspiration for admission in LL.B program are being invited throughout the year; this can be done by providing requisite information here Registration Now.

It must be remembered that formal admission application is subject to announcement of admission dates by University of the Punjab.
STEP 2: Formal Application for admission can be made through online application portal by clicking Apply Now, Applicant has to register himself for completing further process.
Detail guideline on ‘How to apply’ has been provided on admission portal. However the process can be summarised in following steps:-
- Register on tblc admission portal
- Fill up the Form
- Scan & Upload Documents
- Submit, Print & Sign Form
- Attach Two Copies of Documents (One Attested & One Non-Attested)
- Dispatch Form on given Address
- Wait for Interview call (in campus if possible otherwise online)
- Deposit Fee (online/bank transfer/by visiting bank)
Few Important Admission Rules
- Application for admission does not create any right or entitlement.
- Correctness and verification of information provided in application for admission and documents attached are responsibility of applicant. Any incorrect or invalid information would result in withdrawal of admission even after the acceptance of admission application.
- Production of original documents at the time of interview is mandatory.
- Admission granted through application would be considered provisional subject to acceptance of Registration by University of the Punjab.
- Copies of documents, once tendered/submitted, will not be returned to applicant or to anyone else, even if admission is not granted.
- Acceptance of admission is subject to timely payment of college dues, in case of non-payment within prescribed or duly extended date, the admission will be cancelled.
- Applicants who are employed in Gov/Semi-Gov/Private organisations are required to submit No-Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by relevant Authority.
- A student cannot simultaneously combine his/her studies in any other institution (morning classes) while he/she is a student of this college.
Amendments/Variation of Rules and Regulations
- The instructions issued by the college from time to time must be obeyed by every student.
- The college can amend/revise/vary any rule(s) or change regulation(s) or fee schedule at any time.
- The students are required to abide by the rules and regulations of the University the Punjab, including any modify and increase fee, charges & payables to College or University at any time during the year and the academic session.
LL.B (3 Years) Program
Through implementation of Legal Education Rules, 2015 of Pakistan Bar Council and according to the judgement of Supreme Court of Pakistan, no admission in LL.B-3 Years Program is being offered in Pakistan.
